Mixed use development for London & Quadrant Housing, part of Wandsworth town centre redevelopment (Wandsworth Exchange), comprising residential apartments, library and commercial office space. The Boon Brown designed building ranges between 6 to 26 stories. Century Facades Ltd has been appointed by main contractor, United Living South, to carry out the complete design, supply and installation package of the brick slip cladding system plus all associated metalwork elements.
