It is the policy Century to ensure that all requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act, shall be put into effect. The aim of the company is to ensure the Health, safety and well- being of all employees, sub-contractors and members of the public either on or adjacent to our working operations.
Working practices and procedures shall be monitored continuously to encourage safe working throughout all work operations.
Adequate training and instruction shall be given to employees or sub-contractors to ensure that they are able to carry out their work in a competent and safe manner.
Furthermore, we will commit ourselves to ensuring that in 12 months all our operatives can demonstrate proven competence at their job description.
The necessary personal protective equipment will be supplied and will be worn by all employees and sub-contractors.
On no account will any employee or sub-contractor will be permitted to undertake work in an unsafe manner.
Century Facades intend to establish an excellent record of safe working and will continue to encourage safe working practices and procedures to achieve the aim of keeping all employees, sub-contractors and members of the public free from accident and injury.
This policy is reviewed annually.
