June 2026 sees another milestone achieved for Century, with the largest contract secured in the company's history - 30 Marsh Wall. Century has been appointed by Tide Construction to deliver the complete facade package including SFS, windows, doors, curtain walling, metal rainscreen, and terracotta cladding. The 48 storey building, standing at 156m, is set to become the world's tallest student tower, housing 1068 bedrooms. With its terracotta facade and feature roof garden, 30 Marsh Wall is very likely to become one of the most recognisable buildings in Canary Wharf. Commenting on this recent contract win, Century Managing Director, Graham Hackley said "moving seamlessly from design into the construction phase is the result of true collaboration between designers, consultants, and contractors. This was superbly facilitated by principal contractor, Tide. We look forward to starting on site next month delivering this fantastic scheme for the client, Vita Student.
