The team at Century Facades were delighted to be awarded a contract by Mace Construct Ltd to replace all the existing glazing and associated facade elements on St Magnus House, just east of London Bridge. Century's £8m contract is due to commence on site in August 2025.

Work on the 1970's Richard Seifert designed brutalist office building includes a complete internal and external retrofit. Scheme developer, Pegasi Management Company were keen to reinvent the building to make it a "best in class" workplace, public realm, and visitor destination including a new riverside cafe. As part of the face lift, the building will be re-named as Fresh Wharf.

Century is one of London's premier facade contractors, working on commercial and residential projects in both the refurbishment and new build sectors. Last year, Century delivered the external facade package on the worlds tallest modular building located in Croydon known as Enclave, 49 storeys with the facade design include high-glazed terracotta, aluminium rainscreen cladding, windows and curtain walling.
