We’re excited to announce our latest project win at 95 New Cavendish Street, working with principal contractor Ambit Moat on this high-profile office refurbishment in the heart of London’s West End.

The redevelopment will deliver approximately 22,000 sq ft of Grade A workspace for client LBS Properties, featuring a complete external and internal refurbishment, including a new terracotta and curtain wall façade. The scheme includes a roof-level single-storey set back extension incorporating a clubroom and communal terrace. Century will be working closely with architect Stiff & Trevillion on the facade design elements.

The development places a strong focus on sustainability, targeting market-leading ESG credentials, and will offer premium end-of-journey facilities, including a dedicated cyclist entrance.

Century's work is due to commence on site late spring 2026.
