We are pleased to announce that we will be collaborating with Conamar Building Services Ltd on the refurbishment and decarbonisation of 7-21 Wilson Street in the heart of the City of London.

The £18m redevelopment will reinvent the former Arbuthnot Bank into 36,000 sq ft of high-quality, energy-efficient workspace, featuring a striking curved curtain wall glazed facade, with upgraded terracotta and stone elements plus a new rooftop terrace. With targets of EPC A and BREEAM Excellent, this project is set to deliver a modern, sustainable workplace for the future.
