The Century team were excited to learn that our client, Tide Construction, had successfully achieved Gateway 2 determination on their PBSA project known as The Green, Southall, West London. Century's contract includes the design, supply, and installation of brick slip cladding, metal cladding, cavity barriers, windows, doors, and curtain walling. Century is due to commence work on site in Q4 2026, ready for student occupation in September 2027.

Due to it's technical and engineering skill base, Century is currently supporting client's on a number of Gateway 2 submissions for projects from within the London BTR and PBSA sectors.
